The extension license should automatically change to the Full license after you purchase the extension. If it did not change the license automatically after you purchased it then your Chrome browser might have some corruption. Please try these steps in a row:

  1. Make sure that you are signed into the browser. (On the upper right corner of the browser click on the Profile icon . Sign in with your email account.) Make sure Sync is on.
    1. Click on the Speech Recognition Anywhere icon that looks like a microphone in the browser toolbar.
    2. In the Speech Recognition Anywhere tab click on "Settings".
    3. Scroll down to "License".
    4. You may need to paste your License key that was emailed to you in the "Order Number" or "License Key" field.
    5. Click on "Check".

  2. If it still does not work then as a last resort you may need to Reset Chrome. Follow the instructions to Reset Chrome at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214

    When Chrome has reset then make sure that you first sign into Chrome with your Google account. Make sure sync is on. Then reinstall the extension from the Chrome Web Store and follow step 2 again.
